So your dashboard/report isn't loading.
First off, we are sorry that this happened. Basically, you requested a very complex cut of the data and our database is having a hard time completing the query in the time allotted.
Stop the query from running. Best way to do that is to hit the stop button on your browser or kill the tab and log back in again.
Ways to get the Query to Run
Shorten the date range
Zoom in on less locations
Add filters to make the total data set smaller.
If you only really care about one checklist, then filter to that checklist.
