User has bounce message on User Account and cannot receive emails

If users are not receiving emails and they are not in their spam folders, it may be due to emails bouncing or being marked as spam.

AWS mandates that we can't continue to send emails to such accounts. To bypass this issue, you can use the "+" format in the email address, such as username+Notifications@example.com, to create a new email address.

This method is supported by Google and Microsoft and allows you to create temporary extensions to your email address.

This workaround can help restart email delivery.

It's important to note that this issue only affects our ability to send emails and should not impact push notifications on phones.
