Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change a question from one type to another. For example, you cannot make a number question a True False question.
However, here something that you can do:
Copy the question text from the question you want to change.
Add a new question with the proper question type.
Make sure to use the drop down list at the bottom to place the new question exactly where you want it in the category. See image below
Paste the question text into the new question, set the rules, labels, and tags.
Set the original question's status to Inactive.
