To add a picture question type to your checklist, follow the proceeding steps:
In a question set, select +Add Category (if applicable), followed by +Add Question.
Add a Picture question type.
Input your question text. (You can bold, italicize, underline, or add a photo inside the question text.)
The Help tab allows you to add additional information around the standard information of the questions.
Enter the Possible Score. (Generally, this number is 1. One picture will automatically give full points.)
Tags are optional.
Set the Status to Active or Inactive. (The question will not be seen if it is set to Inactive.)
Select +Add Rule. Below are the rule options that will appear.
Photo Required (OPTIONAL)
Photo Give Full Score If Any (OPTIONAL)
The Label is for the button that shows up on the inspector. Picture questions have a photo button that looks likes a camera and this label is what is printed in that button.
