If you aren't getting credit for a checklist it is because you didn't select it off of your schedule. To understand more about what that means, please read the explanation below
Completing a checklist but not getting compliance credit for it is one of the most misunderstood things about doing checklists on OpsAnalitica.
Here is how all that works.
On your My Checklists page you have a schedule:
If you select the a checklist that is available to be completed off that schedule you will always get compliance credit for completing it.
The arrows above are pointing the checklists that are available to be worked right now.
Sometimes you have time to complete a checklist early, or you missed getting a checklist completed on-time and it fell of the schedule, so you can then select it off the Checklist List.
These checklists don't count toward your compliance credit. It's great that you did them, but they aren't being measured or tracked from a compliance perspective.
The schedule was created to take the Guesswork out of running the restaurants but also to enforce that checklists were getting done when they are supposed to.
