Getting the Update Your Software Message?

The OpsAnalitica Platform is constantly checking to see that you are on the latest version of the software. Because at heart we are a web app, when you start utilizing the app, the first thing that happens in the background is that we check your version and update it without you having to do anything.

There are cases, where maybe you weren't online during that check or we have released a newer version of the iOS app and your device isn't on the latest build. When that happens you will get the update warning. In most cases you can just hit the Update and that will suffice.

If you are having issues getting the update to happen.

  1. Go to the Navigation Menu under your name in the upper left corner.

  2. Click About.

  3. If you are not in sync on you will be able to click update from there.

  4. It will start the update process.

If none of that works you can always delete the app and start over but you would lose any saved checklists that you haven't submitted, that should be a last resort.
