By the end of this section, you will know how to edit locations that are already in the system, as well as make them inactive.
In order to edit a location that has already been created, go to the Locations section and you can either search for the location in the list or manually type in the name in the search bar at the top of the page.
From there, you will be able to edit anything you want about the location, like changing the name, editing its tags (if you need a refresher on user tags, click here), updating the user filter, etc.
However, it is not recommended that you would create a new location by changing the name of an old location to that new location, rather you should make a new location, see FAQ for why this is
Once a location is saved, it cannot be deleted (see why in the FAQ, instead they can be made “active” or “inactive”)
When a location is made “inactive” it can still be seen from the administrator’s point of view, but with a line through it. The location will also not be able to be accessed by non-admin users if it is inactive
The reasoning for this is that there is data connected to these locations, and deleting them would create a hole in the data
