Location filters are how you can have a checklist seen by certain locations, which you will learn about more in this section.

  • Location filter allows you to create groups of locations through the use of tags and if/then logic

    • Common use cases are, only wanting a certain group of locations to see a checklist etc

    • When a location filter is assigned to a checklist, the location results in that filter become the only locations that can see the checklist. A checklist that does not have any location filters can be seen by all restaurants.

  • Location Filters make reports more usable because you can filter the report data to a certain group of locations in the filter.

    • This is particularly helpful to admin and users that are at the All Locations level of the hierarchy, they can filter down to a region or group.
