Introduction to Reports

This will explain the different types of reports that are available in the OpsAnalitica Platform.

There are 3 main sections of the OpsAnalitica Platform dedicated to analysis, these are our reports.

Report Sections Explained:

Completed

  • This is a singular checklist view.

  • This focuses on Completed Checklists.

  • Its icon is a filing cabinet drawer because it is your digital filing cabinet.

  • It is the place where you can click on a row and see an individual Completed Checklist with all of its comments and photos.

Dashboards

  • Aggregated view of your checklists, includes metadata.

  • The dashboards aggregate all checklists, responses, and schedule compliance data in one place.

  • There are 3 levels of the Checklists Dashboard:

    • Checklists: every checklist is analyzed by looking at counts, issues, and schedule compliance.

    • Checklist: drill into an individual checklist from the top dashboard to look at how an individual checklist is performing.

      • This includes compliance, counts, individual schedule compliance, and top issues.

    • Question: drill into an individual question from the Checklist Dashboard to look at how your locations are performing.

      • You can view comments and photos from all responses in this dashboard.

Reports

  • Data Grid Reports meant for exporting

  • Individual Data Grid Reports live here.

  • These are meant to be filtered and downloaded if necessary for further analysis.

  • Each report in this section looks at a specific cut of the data.
