Once you have launched a checklist from the My Checklists Page, you will need to complete the checklist.

  • Location: This just tells you which location you are completing the checklist at.

    • i More button below the location will tell you more info about the location.

  • Schedules: Directly below the location shows you which schedule you are completing the checklist for.

  • Questions: Checklists are made up of questions. You need to answer each question that is required so that you can submit the checklist.

    • Comment Box: is Always available to add additional comments or attach photos or documents.

    • Sometimes you will be required to add a photo or comment.

    • On Phones, the Comment Box is located under a 3 Dot Menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Question

  • Delete Button: Located in the top right corner of the checklist allows you to delete the checklist if you aren't going to complete it.

Requiring Photos and Comments:

  • Sometimes you will be prompted to provide more information in the form of that required comment or photo.

  • You will know you will need to this because we will turn the left border of the question red, and we'll prompt you with a little message.

    • Don't worry about forgetting to do this, we won't let you submit the checklist until all required comments and photos have been added.

  • You just click on the Comment Box.

  • Once the Comment Box has been opened. You can add a text comment or attach a photo.

    • A required comment can be an attachment or text.

    • A required photo can only be a photo.

    • You can attach up to 5 photos per comment.

  • When you are done, simply press OK and you comment and your attachments will show up under the Comment Box.

Submitting the Checklist:

  • When you have answered all the required questions on the checklist. You can press Done and Submit it.

    • Don't exit out of the app until you are taken back to the My Checklists Page and you see the Green Box confirming your Submit went through.

    • YOU CAN NOT GO BACK INTO OR EDIT A SUBMITTED CHECKLIST. DOUBLE-CHECK BEFORE YOU SUBMIT.

What if's:

What does it mean when I see this Join Box when trying to start a checklist:

  • It means that there are open instances of this checklist and you can either join an open version or select a new version. We call this Real-time Collaboration.

    • This functionality allows multiple people to work on the same checklist at the same time.

    • It also allows you to start a checklist on one device and finish it on another.

    • Real-time Collaboration will make it easier for you to get your checklists completed.

      • Instead of one person having to take on the entire checklist, delegate to your teams, and have them do their part of the checklist using the tablet while you complete your section on your phone.

      • Cut Checklist Time in Half and invest in your employees training while simultaneously getting better compliance scores.

What does it mean if I see the Schedule Box when trying to submit a checklist:

  • This means that you selected a checklist off of the Checklist List and you are submitting it during an active schedule window.

    • The system wants to make sure you credit for completing the checklist on a schedule so it is giving you the opportunity to select the Shift Log 11:59pm schedule and get credit for completing it.

    • YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASSOCIATE A CHECKLIST TO A SCHEDULE IF YOU CAN.

What are those little buttons in the bottom right corner of the Checklist Question?

  • Map Pin: This is where the question was answered, if you click it, it will pop up a map to show you exactly where the question was answered.

  • Flag: Stands for Flag for Review.

    • If you click this it will stop the checklist from being submitted until you click it again.

  • Green Cloud: means the response was synced with the OpsAnalitica Server. It means you are connected to the internet.
