Here are two examples of 1-sheets that you can customize and distribute to your teams. The idea is that you would create a form that they can print off and hand to a 3rd party inspector: Ecosure, Steritech, or a local health inspector.
Both Forms explain some of the benefits of the OpsAnalitica platform and direct the inspector to either the Completed or the Checklists by Location Reports.
You may be asking why 2 different reports.
The Completed Report shows a singular checklist.
Pros:
Limits the inspector to seeing one completed checklist at a time.
Can be shared or printed.
Cons:
Could contain photos, tags, and comments that don't reflect well on the location or the team.
The Checklists by Location Report shows a range of checklists
Pros:
It shows a range of checklists with just answers to the questions, it doesn't show comments, photos, tags, etc.
It can very easily show consistency over a date range.
Cons:
If you aren't very consistent it becomes very evident.
You have to click on 3 filters to run the report.
