New Features

Auto Create Tasks

  • You are now able to configure checklist questions to create dynamic tasks when the response is tagged with Unsatisfactory.

  • This requires a Task Template to be created and the question to be configured correctly.

    • This training is conducted through several articles.

  • Auto Created tasks will attach question details including tags, photos, and comments.

  • Auto Created tasks are used to create documented next steps and actions.

Task Templates

  • Task Templates are used in Auto Create tasks and can be used to make creating tasks quicker.

  • A task template is a task that has all the task attributes already filled out so you don't have to go through the process of filling them out from scratch every time.

  • Task templates are a time saver.

Update to Creating Tasks

  • You can now select a task template when creating a task to auto-fill the information into the task.

  • Select the appropriate template and all the template details will be filled into the task.

Update to the Completed Checklist Report

  • If tasks are created from a Completed Checklist Report, either auto-created or created manually from the report. They will show up on the Completed Checklist Report in a Completed Task section.

  • You will be able to view the status of the tasks created and click on them to open the tasks.

Added SSO Provider Error Handling

  • We can now capture and present SSO Provider errors.

  • This will make it easier to troubleshoot SSO errors.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where tasks couldn't be created with User Filters.

  • Fixed an issue that could stop you from deleting a checklist and all of its responses.

  • Fixed a bug that stopped a non-user from adding a comment to a Completed Checklist Report.
