What is Free Gift?
A block contains one or multiple products that you want to offer customers for free as a gift, regardless of their original prices.
How to set it up?
Create matching discount
First, you will have to create an automatic Buy X Get Y discount in “Discounts” of Shopify Admin that matches the gift you want to give the customer.
⚠️ The "Free Gift" feature is purely visual and does not apply discounts. Ensure that discounts are set up in your store before configuring the "Free Gift" feature.
Free Gift Set Up
Navigate to Cart Editor, click on Free Gifts.
In the settings of each offer, merchants are able to:
Change the name of the offer. The name will not be displayed in the cart drawer but rather an in-app name to differentiate.
Set up the condition for customers to get a free gift. Free gifts can be triggered based on minimum cart value or minimum cart quantity.
If your free gift applies only to specific products or collections, you can configure it in Advanced Settings section.
Choose one or multiple products that will be shown as free gifts in a block. If a limited number of free gifts is allowed, the top products of the list will be prioritized to show. Product places can be changed by dragging the dots on the left of each product.

Free Gift Settings
Limit the number of free products in cart: If you're offering multiple free gifts and want to limit how many are displayed, simply enter the desired number.
Merchants can choose the background color for the Free Gift block and the color of the text “FREE”.
The cart button color can be changed by adjusting “Primary Button Background” in the “Design” feature.
Click "Save" to finalize the setup.
