What is Additional Products?
A module that puts a field onto a checkout box. This field can either be Shipping Protection or Gift Wrapping, depending on the product that you sell.
Additionally, it can be customized into any service that you want with a touch in the Products section.
⚠️ Additional Products warning:
The feature works by creating a new product in your store with the name equal to the type that you choose. Thus the product will be visible from the store front.

How to set it up?
Navigate to the Additional Products tab inside Cart Drawer section.
Select the additional product that you want to offer, Shipping Protection or Gift Wrapping
Title and Description are filled automatically based on your select.
Price Settings
Fixed Price
A fixed amount of charge for this additional products
Percentage Price
A changeable amount according to an amount of the order value.
Initial Amount: The minimum amount for this additional products. If the proportion of the order value is lower than this amount, then the additional product will take this this amount
Percentage of Order Value: The amount you want to take (in percentage) from the order value
Incremental Rates: An increasing amount added to the initial amount, upto 99 values. Each variant will multiply with an incremental rate of $0.5 by default.
This additional product will create a product with 100 variants in your store with the formula:
Initial Amount + n*Incremental Rates (n is the ordinal number)
The order will take the variant that is closest to % of Order Value.
Example:
You want to add 10% order value for Shipping Protection. The service that you provide will start at $5 minimum, and the maximum value is $500. Thus you will set:
Initial Amount: $5
Percentage of Order Value: 10%
Incremental Rates: $5
-> So if the customer buys an order worth $2995, the Shipping Protection will cost $300.
There are 2 advance fields for the feature:
Default status as 'On': Always choose the additional product when adding other products to cart
Counting these items when applying rewards for quantity: When you set the Rewards Counting as Product Counting, if the additional product is selected, it will add 1 to the Progress Bar
Hit "Save" after finishing the set up
