How do I upload a Directors' Certificate for an issue of shares to the NZ Companies Office?

If you issue shares in your company you may be required to lodge a Directors' Certificate at the NZ Companies Office.

Directors' Certificates can lodged direct to the NZ Companies Office by using the menu option for My Tools > Lodge Other Documents from your company profile (you will need to be logged into the Companies Office via RealMe).

Select type = Other Documents.

Enter a comment: Directors' Certificate for issue of shares via Orchestra API.
