Orchestra uses credit card payments as our preferred payment method; it's the industry standard for software subscription payments.
We like that credit cards provide a layer of protection for payers (if a bank transfer payment is made into the wrong account there is no guarantee that the payment will be recovered).
Credit card payments also help us to reduce the administration connected to bank transfers. Cutting back this admin will help us to keep our costs down and our prices sharp for our customers.
If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us to see if there is an alternative payment method available.
Note: Orchestra accounts are free for investors.
My credit card has been cancelled, what should I do?
If your credit card has been cancelled and you are waiting on a new credit card we recommend that you:
email the Orchestra team on subscriptions@orchestra.io to let us know and we will place a note on your company profiles to keep them open for you
when your new credit card has arrived, login to Orchestra and enter the card details.
Orchestra will charge your new credit card automatically on the next daily credit card charge cycle.
Can I pause my Orchestra subscription?
If you are unable to pay your Orchestra invoices and would like to pause your Orchestra subscription please speak with a member of the Orchestra team to see what options are available.
