A company that you have invested in may request extra information from you to improve the investor experience. They will store this information in a custom field against your shareholder or stakeholder.

For companies paying dividends this information may include a bank account number, resident withholding tax (RWT) rate and IRD number. Some companies may ask you to supply your birth date to send you a special surprise on your birthday!

To view or edit your custom field or dividend field information login to Orchestra, click on your investment entity and go to your left side menu and select 'Custom fields'.

Custom fields or Dividend fields that are greyed out are editable by company administrators only. If the information that they are storing for you is incorrect please contact the company to request that they update it for you.

Custom fields or Dividend fields that are white can be edited by you. After you've entered your information click on the blue 'Update' button to save.

Stakeholder custom field information is stored with the particular company you have invested in, and can be accessed by that company's Administrators and any additional users that are connected to the investment entity.

Different companies that you have invested in will each set up their own custom fields for storing stakeholder information.
