Why can’t I see all of my holdings?

You may not be able to see all of your holdings on the Orchestra platform for one of four reasons:

  1. The details a company has for you are incorrect or vary to what another company on the platform has.

  2. The company is offline for data maintenance.

  3. The company is not set up on the Orchestra platform yet.

  4. Your shares haven't been issued by the company yet.

If the company investment is not on the platform, contact them and let them know you would like to see your investment on here!

Complete the below steps to try and find your holdings:

You can try finding a new shareholding in your dashboard by:

  1. Logging into the platform

  2. On your dashboard, click 'Investment overview' or 'Entity overview' to see if it is under a different entity name.

  3. If you are still unable to see the investment you are looking for, reach out to the Orchestra team through the chat link on the bottom right of this page at any stage.
