Do you need to change the spelling of your shareholder or option holder name for one of these reasons?

  1. The name has been spelt incorrectly.

  2. The shareholder name has officially changed (eg. through marriage or a change of company name).

  3. You would like to add a middle name (your name has been recorded with a first name & last name only).

To change the spelling of a shareholder name you will need the assistance of the Orchestra Team.

If the name change needs to be reflected in the transaction history of the company share register (for example, shares held by 'Jane Smith' are being transferred to 'Jane Smith & John Smith') then a share transfer will be required, not a shareholder name change.
