Yes. Applicable shipping costs are shown on the product page, in the cart (once a shipping address is selected), during price optimization, and at checkout.
On the product page you see shipping costs (for example free shipping, or free shipping at a threshold). Listing prices stay separate from shipping.
In the cart, after you select a shipping address, you see shipping cost per supplier under the supplier breakdown, plus the cart total. Without an address you see a prompt to select a shipping address to view totals. The same shipping amounts appear in price optimization and at checkout.
