How does the integration work?
When you connect your DentalRules account to Ordentic, you can place Ordentic orders from DentalRules. In DentalRules you manage your practice stock and set stock rules. See more about this in the DentalRules help center.
After you have set up your stock in DentalRules, you can send your order list to Ordentic.
What do I need to connect DentalRules with Ordentic?
To connect DentalRules with Ordentic you need:
An active Ordentic account
An active DentalRules account
How do I connect DentalRules with Ordentic?
To connect DentalRules with Ordentic, follow these steps:
Activate DentalRules in Ordentic
Log in to your Ordentic account and go to Integrations. Find DentalRules in the list of integrations and click Connect. Confirm the connection in the pop-up.
The connection details are then shown: a client ID (1) and a client secret (2). You need these to connect with DentalRules. Do not close this page.
Do not share these details with others, and do not store them. Use them only to connect with DentalRules.
Connect your account in DentalRules
Log in to your DentalRules account, go to Administratie > Voorraadbeheer (1), and click Instellingen (2).
Scroll down until you see Ordentic-koppeling. Enter the client ID (1) and client secret (2) you created earlier in Ordentic. Tick koppeling actief (3) and click Opslaan (4).
Check the connection in Ordentic
DentalRules is now connected with Ordentic. Check this by refreshing the Integrations page in your Ordentic account. It now shows that DentalRules is connected.
Add products to DentalRules
Open a product in Ordentic. To add this product to DentalRules, click Send to DentalRules. The product is now in your DentalRules account.
Set your stock rules
Set the stock rules for the products you added. See the DentalRules help center for more information.
Send your order list to Ordentic
In DentalRules, open your order list. Select the products you want to order, click Bestelling aanmaken, and confirm. The order is now in your Ordentic cart. You then confirm and pay the order in Ordentic.
