See LPG account details

Your LPG account details are now available in My Account and the Origin app.

For residential customers

Your LPG account details are now available in My Account and the Origin app. You can:

  • View your account balance

  • Order LPG

  • View all locations with LPG on your LPG account

  • View and pay your bill

  • Reschedule or cancel a delivery

Register or Login to My Account.

Additional My Account features will be released for LPG customers in the coming months. In the meantime, you can still manage other areas of your LPG account via the LPG Account page.

For business customers

To log into My LPG Business Account, you need a username and password. There will be email from us with these details, however, if you’ve missed it, get in contact and we’ll set you up.

To reset your password, chat with us online during business hours using the red Message us button at originenergy.com.au/business/lpg or call 13 35 74.

Customer Number or Account Number

Your Origin LPG account has a Customer Number to help us identify your details. This 10-digit number is detailed on the top right-hand corner of your Origin LPG invoice.

Customers who also use Origin electricity or natural gas, will have a 12-digit Account Number located on the left-hand side of your Electricity or Gas invoice.

You may have several account numbers or customer numbers depending on how many services you have with Origin. If you’re unsure, let us know and we can help find what you need.
