With our LPG delivery tracking service, gas bottle exchange customers who order LPG for their home can check the status of your order and get real-time updates from our depot to your door.
If you’ve already registered your mobile number with us, you’ll automatically receive updates via SMS. We’ll keep you informed with regular text message updates and a live view of your delivery as it travels to you.

Important information: Our LPG delivery tracking service is currently available for residential exchange gas bottle customers in selected parts of Australia. Not available for tanker-fill deliveries or business customers. Text message tracking updates will be sent to the mobile number registered for your LPG account, and to use the service you will need mobile network coverage and internet access.
For business customers
If you order LPG as you need, deliveries are made on the next available run in your area. This is normally within a week of when you placed the order however, deliveries also depend on existing demand, schedules and unplanned events.
We recommend you always have an additional replacement cylinder available so you can use it as soon as the other runs out. Alternatively, if you order bulk gas, make sure you place an order when your cylinder is at 30%.
If you don’t already have a fitted gauge, you can check how much is left in a gas bottle by using the hot water test:
To measure gas levels, pour hot (not boiling) water down the cylinder while your gas appliances are in use.
Then run your hand down the cylinder. It will feel cool to the touch at the level of the gas.
To make sure you get your LPG when you need it, we ask that you place an order at least 5 business days before your required delivery date.

How LPG delivery tracking works
Order your next gas bottle delivery online or over the phone.
Once your order is received and scheduled in for delivery, we’ll send you a text message with your unique tracking link. To make it easier for you, the web link will stay the same at each step of the delivery process.
Use the link to see the status of your order, which will continually update as we progress your delivery.
Too busy to keep an eye on the link? No stress. We’ll send you another text message on the day of the delivery with an estimated delivery window.
The link will now contain a map to track the arrival of our driver. Remember to unlock gates, restrain dogs and create clear access. If you need to reschedule, there’s an option for this too.
Once we’ve arrived, we’ll send a final text message to tell you the delivery’s completed – or about any access hiccups we found on site.

What do I need to sign up for electronic tracking?
Your nominated mobile number that will receive the text messages for delivery notifications. If you’ve already registered your mobile number with us, you’ll automatically receive updates via SMS.
If we don’t have your current mobile number, you may be missing our text messages. Register your mobile or update your LPG account details via our online enquiry form.
Reschedule or cancel your delivery
You’ll find this option through your unique tracking link. When you request a change to your delivery, we’ll do our best to deliver to your preferred date – and if we can’t, we’ll let you know.
You can also reschedule or cancel your LPG delivery directly from My Account.
What number will the SMS be sent from?
The SMS will be sent from 133 LPG.
Will I get a different link in each SMS I receive for my order?
To make it easier for you, the link will stay the same at each step of the delivery process.
Can I use the same link for all of my future deliveries?
No, each separate order will have a unique tracking link. This is to ensure we get you the right information at the right time, for each delivery you request.
How long will the link be available to view after my delivery is complete?
The link will be available for 30 days following a completed delivery.
Can I view the link on my computer?
Yes. The link works on a smartphone, tablet and computer device.
When can I see live ETA tracking on the map?
In most cases, the live tracking map will be available one hour before delivery.
How early will I receive my SMS on the day of delivery?
SMS are sent after 7:30 am to ensure no disturbances early morning.
What if I can see the driver taking a wrong turn on the live map?
The driver may have to adjust their route due to road works or road closures. Rest assured, they know exactly where you are and are headed to you with your gas!
