Important notes
Direct debit changes
We'll send an SMS reminder three days before every direct debit transaction (unless you've opted out)
We'll send your bills in advance so you can see the amount due and the due date before it's debited (on page 1 of your bill)
If you don't have a payment plan, we'll deduct the full amount due from your chosen card or bank account on your bill's due date
If you have a payment plan, we'll deduct the agreed amount in line with the payment frequency you chose
Direct debit cancellations
If direct debit is a condition of your plan, you won’t be able cancel it. Contact us for help.
If you have a payment due in the next few days, this may still be debited from your current card or bank account
Remember to pay future bills by the due date by paying another way
