If you're making payment using the Origin app or My Account, we'll automatically send a payment receipt to the email address on your account

If you're making a payment using the Origin app or My Account, we'll automatically send a payment receipt to the email address on your account. You can check your inbox to confirm your payment went through.

Please note: this feature is not available in My Account for LPG customers, but we're working on it. If you wish to have a payment receipt emailed to you, message us online or call us on 13 35 74.
