You can email us to ask for a statement or look at your billing and payment history in My Account or the Origin app. This article explains how.

Get a statement
Email us at hello@origin.com.au and include the account number and date range you’d like a statement for.
Self-serve bill and payment history
Log in to My Account or the Origin app and select the Bills & payments link to view your past bills and payments. You can see a running list of all transactions, or filter by bills or by payments. You can also download a copy of your bills. See View past bills and payments for more info.
