LPG Balance incorrect 

Access your most recent account balance by logging into your account or calling 13 35 74

If your most recent invoice has a balance different to what you were expecting, it may be that a payment was made after the invoice was sent.

For residential customers

Access your invoices and most recent account balance, by logging into My Account or calling 13 35 74. Once you’ve logged in, you will see your bill history and payment history.

For business customers

Access your invoices and most recent account balance, by logging into My LPG Business Account. If you haven’t already received your login details, call 13 35 74. Once you’ve logged in, you will see an “Invoices” tab at the top of the page. Click on the Invoices tab to see a list of your invoices, total amounts and the due dates.

Alternatively, call 13 35 74 and follow the automated instructions for your most recent balance.
