Short answer

If you need extra time to pay a bill or you're interested in setting up a payment plan to pay your LPG account with smaller, more regular payments over a period of time, give us a call during business hours on weekdays.

What you can do

Get a payment extension

  • Residential customers: If your bill is due soon or overdue, you'll see the link 'For payment extensions, please message us' on your My Account or Origin app dashboard. Clicking the link opens a chat with a customer service team member.
    You can also call our customer service team on 13 35 74 from 8am to 5pm AEST weekdays.

  • Business customers: Call our credit team on 1300 788 240 from 8am to 5pm AEST weekdays

Set up a payment plan

We offer a variety of payment plans to suit a range of needs. Talk to us and we'll work with you to set up a plan that suits:

  • Residential customers: Call 13 35 74 from 8am to 5pm AEST weekdays

  • Business customers: Call 1300 788 240 from 8am to 5pm AEST weekdays
