What you can do
Compare and change energy plans online
We change our offers regularly, so we recommend comparing energy plans for your residential or small business address every now and again to see if there’s a more competitive plan. We don’t charge exit fees so you can change whenever and as often as you like. Here’s how to go about it:
Take a look at your current plan in My Account or the Origin app
Take a look at your current plan in My Account or the Origin app
From the dashboard, select View plan. The screen displays details of your current plan, like your supply and usage charges and any benefits that may be included (e.g. Everyday Rewards points collection or solar feed-in-tariffs).
Write down your current usage charges (the amount you pay per MJ or kWh for the energy you use), your supply charges (the daily cost you pay for the supply of energy to your property) and any solar feed-in tariff you receive under your existing plan (if applicable)
