We're no longer providing paper bills or dockets at the time of delivery, we'll issue bills to you through eBilling or by post instead.
We’ve undertaken a review of our LPG delivery service and as a result, we will no longer provide summary paper bills or dockets at the time of delivery.
Instead, we will issue bills to you after we receive confirmation of your delivery, through your preferred method of eBilling (email – free of charge) or via Australia Post (a paper bill fee may apply).
Changes to LPG delivery paperwork
We've removed summary paper bills or dockets at the time of delivery. That's because using our eBill and postal methods are the most secure and detailed ways for us to display all the details of your delivery and associated charges to you.
You can still access the bills I received historically when a delivery was made. Just chat with us live during business hours to request a reprint of your bill.
Switch to eBilling
For those looking for confirmation of delivery, our eBilling option is the swiftest and most convenient way of receiving your bills from us. It's not just great for the environment, it's also available on the go.
Receiving your bills directly to your inbox takes away the delays of processing and navigating the Australia Post network. You’ll receive it quickly, giving you more time to pay before the due date. You won’t be charged a paper bill fee, and you will have an easily accessible copy of your bill whenever you need to refer to it.
I use the bill left by the driver to know when my order has been delivered. How will I know without it?
You can enjoy real-time benefits with our LPG delivery tracking service. When your order is ready for delivery, we’ll send you a text message containing a link that allows you to track your delivery. If the delivery is due at a time that doesn’t suit you, you can even reschedule the order!
After the delivery is complete, you will receive another message to confirm. It’s how we do our bit for our customers and the planet. To take advantage of this service, please complete the account enquiry form to provide us with your mobile number for the tracking service, and we’ll do the rest.
I don’t get bills left behind, but I do get a proof of delivery confirmation. Will I still receive these?
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will no longer be providing any paper documentation at the point of delivery. We are pleased to offer our customers who use exchange LPG for their home a great electronic alternative – our delivery tracking service.
