To make changes to your natural gas supply or meter, please call us on 1300 137 932. We're available Mon to Fri, 8am–5pm (AEST).
Before you call, please make sure that you have the details of your licensed gas plumber as well as the usage details of your old and new appliances.
It's important to note: Some jobs may incur extra costs. If the job needs a quote, we’ll be in touch to set up a time for the distributor to assess the work involved. This could take up to 20 business days for residential connections, and up to 65 business days for commercial connections. The quote will include a timeframe to complete the work. Work can’t start until the costs are paid in full.
