Your AGA Emergency Home Assistance membership provides up to $300 (including GST) towards two emergency callouts per year.
If something goes wrong, you can get support you for the following home emergencies:
Damaged roof or guttering causing an internal leak
Blocked toilet, drain or pipes
Burst tap or showerhead
Burst pipe
Broken or burst hot water system
Gas leak
Broken or damaged heating/cooling system
Blackout or power failure
Broken external door or window
Locked out of the house

Allianz Global Assist are at the ready, 24/7. Give them a call on 1800 758 350. The team will put you in touch with their network of qualified tradespeople.
Be sure to have your Allianz Global Assist policy details handy, including your full name, address and policy number.
What happens to my Origin Home Support membership if I move house?
What happens to my Origin Home Support membership if I move house?
Your Origin Home Support plan is tied to the address you sign up with. If you move house during your plan's 12-month benefit period, your plan and plan benefits including your AGA Emergency Home Assistance membership will end.
Don’t worry though, you can always choose Origin Home Support again as your new plan at your new address (as long as it’s still available), and your 12-month membership will start again.
If you move house and sign up to Origin Home Support again, your membership starts on the move-in date that you select when you sign up.
Can I cancel my Origin Home Support plan and membership?
Can I cancel my Origin Home Support plan and membership?
Yes. If you switch to another Origin plan or change your energy retailer during your 12-month benefit period, your Origin Home Support energy plan and AGA Emergency Home Assistance membership will end. There are no exit fees.

Before your energy plan ends, we'll send you a renewal notice that explains what happens next. If your Energy Plan ends, your membership to the Emergency Home Assist program will also end. Read through the terms and conditions below for the details.
