Our Origin Everyday Rewards Variable plan, in partnership with Woolworths, lets you collect points as you use energy – every day and night. You’ll collect one Everyday Rewards point for every 1 dollar charged on your bill, for your usage and supply during the Energy Plan period.

Who can sign up?

You need to have an Everyday Rewards membership to sign up to this residential energy plan. During the sign-up process, we’ll ask you to enter your Everyday Rewards membership number, so have that handy. The number is on your membership card or you can find it when you sign into your Everyday Rewards online account.

Can I add my Everyday Rewards number to an existing plan?

You need to switch or renew to an Origin Everyday Rewards Variable plan to start earning Everyday Rewards points. It’s easy and only takes 5 minutes.

Get more points with an Origin Everyday Rewards Variable plan

If you're an existing or new customer, when you sign up for an Origin Everyday Rewards plan you'll get a one-off bonus of 2,500 Everyday Rewards points for each energy type.

And if you're a new customer, you'll get an extra 2,500 bonus points for each energy type you sign up.

After that, all Origin Everyday Rewards plan customers collect 1 Everyday Rewards point for every 1 dollar charged for their ongoing usage and supply.

Collecting points for energy supply and usage charges

You’ll collect one Everyday Rewards point for every 1 dollar charged on your bill, for your usage and supply during the energy plan period. Your Everyday Rewards points will show on your bill and in My Account, and the points should match the supply and energy usage on your bill.

When will I see the total points I’m collecting?

We know you can’t wait to see how your points are tracking. After you sign up, you’ll be able to see your one-off bonus points in your Everyday Rewards account within approximately 45 days of your acceptance date. Your ongoing points will go into your Everyday Rewards account within 14 days of your Origin invoice date. View your Origin energy bills in My Account or the Origin app.

How can I use my Everyday Rewards points?

The beauty of watching your Everyday Rewards points add up is that when you have enough, you can put them towards one of these options:

  • Take $10 dollars off your shopping at participating stores

  • Save up all your reward points to spend in one go on a celebration (to be spent from 1 Dec to 1 Jan each year)

Feel free to change to a different option at any time by heading to your Everyday Rewards account settings.

Where can I use my points?

When you collect 2,000 Everyday Rewards points, you’ll be able to take $10 off your shopping – in-store or online at Woolworths, BWS, BIG W and more.

Add an Origin Go Zero carbon offset add-on to collect up to 4000 bonus Everyday Rewards points

The good news about the Origin Everyday Rewards Variable plan is you can offset your carbon emissions for just a little extra on your bill each month.

And if you add either Origin Go Zero Electricity and/or Origin Go Zero Natural Gas to your energy plan(s), you’ll earn an extra 2,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points for every fuel type you sign up. That’s up to 4,000 bonus points.
