How do I make a part payment towards my home LPG account?

Log in to My Account or the Origin app, go to the account you want to pay and select the Pay icon. Or head to Make a payment to pay without logging in. See Make part payments if you need more info or instructions.

How do I check the status of payment I’ve made?

After we’ve processed your payment, you’ll see your payment under Bills when you log in to My Account or the Origin app. You’ll also see the payment as a credit on your next bill. If you need a receipt, just contact us and we’ll send your receipt by email.

If I don’t pay by the due date, do you charge a late payment fee?

Yes, a late payment fee may apply if you don’t pay by the due date or contact us to make a payment arrangement before the due date.

How do I view past bills and payments?

  1. From your dashboard in My Account or the Origin app, view the Bills link for the account you’d like to view

  2. Select the Bills tab or the Payments tab to see past bills and payments you’ve made

  3. To view your actual bill, in the Bills tab select the PDF icon next to the you’d like to see
