How to avoid fees
We get it, nobody likes extra fees. So here are a few easy ways to skip them.
Card payment fee and Payment processing fee
Pay with direct debit from your bank account - it's free. If you don't use direct debit, you can also avoid the fee by paying through BPAY.
Late payment fee
To avoid late fees, set up a direct debit or a payment plan. You can even pop a reminder in your calendar. Need a bit more time? Ask for a payment extension in MyAccount or the Origin app.
Paper bill fee
If you're still getting bills in the post you can skip the paper bill fee by switching to email. It's quick to update your contact preferences in My Account or the Origin app. If you're already getting your bills by email, that's great - keep going and you won't be charged.
