Account balance

See your account balance anytime in the Origin App or My Account

You'll find your account balance in:

  • My Account (browser): Go to Billing > View all bills and payments

  • Origin app: in the Billing section

You'll only be able to see your account balance when:

  • you have no bills due

  • you have a fixed payment plan

  • you have positive credit

Similar to a bank balance, your account balance reflects what’s owed and what’s been paid. This includes bills and charges, minus any payments you’ve made or credits you’ve received.

If you've just paid, sit tight – it can take up to three business days for your balance to update in your account.
