Short answer

If you’re a residential electricity, natural gas or LPG customer, or a small business customer (excluding LPG), complete our contact us form. (When you select your query type, you’ll see the phone number to call if you'd rather speak to an energy specialist.)

LPG business customers can send an enquiry online. This form also shows the phone number if you’d like to call instead.
