Check payment status

Log in to My Account or the Origin app to see your payments. Plus can get an email receipt (electricity and gas) or ask us for one (LPG).

Short answer

When you make a payment via My Account, the Origin app or online without logging in, you’ll choose the account you’d like to pay. After we’ve processed your payment:

  • we’ll send your receipt to the email address on your account (automatically for electricity and natural gas, and by request for LPG for home)

  • you’ll see your payment under Bills when you log in

  • you’ll also see the payment as a credit on your next bill

If you’re an LPG business customer, log in to My LPG Business Account to see your bills, the total amounts billed and balance due, plus the due date – or contact us.

What you can do

View payment in My Account or the Origin app

  1. Choose the account you made the payment to

  2. Select the Bills icon

  3. View your payments

If your payment isn’t there yet, allow a few days for processing and then repeat these steps. And remember you can always get in touch if you need us.
