Short answer
There are a couple of ways to set up ongoing payments:
By direct debit, to pay bills automatically when they’re due
Through a payment plan, to pay smaller amounts more frequently, to average out your energy bill payments
What you can do
Set up a direct debit
Electricity, natural gas, and centralised hot water and electricity: Set up direct debit in My Account or the Origin app to automatically pay your bill when it’s due
LPG for home or internet: Contact us and we’ll help you set it up
LPG for business: Call 13 35 74
Set up a payment plan
Electricity and natural gas customers (with no debt on account). See Set up payment plan for more info and how to go about it.

Important note
If you want to set up a direct debit or payment plan on more than one account, you’ll need to set it up on each account.
