Find past bills and payments

See electricity, natural gas, LPG and internet bills issued within the last two years, along with your payments, all in one place.

Electricity, natural gas and LPG

From your dashboard in My Account or the Origin app, select 'Bills & payments'.

You can switch between the 'Bills' and 'Payments' tabs to see your past bills and the payments you've made.

To view or download a bill, select the PDF for the bill period you want to see.


Internet

From your dashboard in My Account or the Origin app, select 'Plan details'. Select the 'Billing' tab to see a list of bills, then select an invoice to view your bill and see your payment. You can also download a copy of your bill.


Frequently asked questions

Can I get an account statement?
Yes, just send an email to an energy expert and include the account number and date range you’d like a statement for.

Why can't I see a bill in My Account that I know I got?
If you've previously seen a bill and can't see it in your list of bills in My Account, there's a chance we might be reversing it because it was incorrect. If that's the case, a new, updated bill will come through within 2–3 business days. Contact us if you need a hand.

Where's my bill?
If it's been a while since you last got a bill from us, there's a chance that we've blocked your bill for a time to resolve something. Find out more about blocked bills and why they occur.
