What you can do
Existing customers
Still need LPG? We’ll help you get connected at your new address. Just tell us you’re moving through My Account or the Origin app or contact us.
No longer need LPG? Close your account through My Account or the Origin app or contact us. If you had LPG bottles or LPG refills by hose, closing your account stops us billing you for the annual LPG equipment fee.

New customers – LPG bottles and refills
Discover LPG offers in your area then choose your product and delivery date. Follow the prompts to sign up online. You’ll get real-time updates as your delivery moves from our depot to your door
Use My Account or the Origin app to track deliveries, reorder LPG and pay bills
New customers – metered LPG
If you live in an apartment or run a small business from a shop in a larger building, chances are you’ll have embedded services, also called centralised energy, which may include metered LPG.
You can search your address on our LPG offers page to see if your property is supplied by Origin then call 13 35 74 to set up your metered LPG account.
