We have increased the functionality for pending applications. If you hover over the grey dot of a pending applicant you can see when the user applied.

This can be used as a powerful tool, for example, if a user applied a long time ago you will know to give the user a call to see if they are still available for the shift. That way you can decrease the likelihood of cancellations due to confirming availability with the worker.

On the image above you can clearly see when a user applied for a shift when hovering over the pending application.

This functionality roles out across the board for all the different symbols we have on the portal. You can hover over an approved, pending, cancelled, declined or no showed symbol to find out when this action was taken!
