As you'll probably already be aware, the Living Wage increased on 1st April 2023 from £9.60 to £10.52. This will therefore mean that the minimum posting rates change on the Orka Works platform. You can see an example of the new model below:

New Minimum Charge Rate: £14.74

New Minimum Worker Pay: £10.52

If you posted shifts beyond 1st April already, don't worry, they will be automatically updated to reflect the new charge rate.

As ever, we encourage clients to post above the minimum rate where possible, particularly in areas where labour is more competitive.
