It's extremely important that you tailor your Orka Works experience to suit your needs.

You are able to edit your profile and also tailor your notification preferences - giving you the ability to tune into what you need.

To action any profile updates when you are logged into the portal, hit the icon in the top right of the screen to drop down a list. From this list, you can then select either edit profile or edit preferences.

From the edit profile section, you are able to update items such as enabling 2-factor authentication.

From the edit preference section, you are able to completely customise the notifications that we inform you about such as applications to shifts or cancellations.
