How does Otis manage ad accounts and data access?

Why do my campaigns run in the Otis system instead of using my existing ad account?

Otis creates and manages ad accounts programmatically to ensure optimal performance, budget control, and strategic execution. How can I access and manage ownership of data and insights while using Otis?

Otis customers share their datasets and pixels with Otis, which allows Otis to use the data for optimization while customers retain ownership and access to their account optimization data. We also provide comprehensive reporting across all channels, giving you and your team complete access to data and insights.


How do I reset a lost or forgotten password?

When you go to the login screen, you will see “Forgot Password?”. Click on that link, and it will walk you through the steps to reset.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account directly in the app by going to “Billing” and clicking on “Change Plan” and then “Cancel Plan”. You can get further details on how to cancel by clicking here.

How can I prevent being automatically recharged after my ad spend credits run out?

Otis runs on recurring payments to make sure that your campaigns are not interrupted. If you decide you do not want to be charged again, be sure to pause all campaigns before your ad spend credits run out.
