When will I start seeing results from my campaign?
You may see early results within the first few weeks, but it often takes several weeks to establish benchmark KPIs. After launch, it can take up to 24 hours for your ad to be approved and a few days for metrics to appear on your dashboard.
We recommend running campaigns for several weeks to gather meaningful performance data. If you still don’t see metrics after a few days, contact us via chat or at hello@meetotis.com.
How long does it take before my campaign is fully optimized?
It takes approximately 6 weeks for our AI system to learn the best audience, time of day, budget, and platform(s) for your campaign.
Canceling your account before the 6-week mark will not give you a true picture of how well Otis can perform for you.
Why have my campaigns stopped running?
This can be a result of many things, but please check the following on your end:
Did you set an end date on your campaign?
Was your last payment declined?
Have you been using the same creatives for an extended period of time?
If none of those are your issue, please reach out to us via our online chat or email us at hello@meetotis.com.
How does payment work?
Add one payment method, and Otis will allocate spend across all channels. Refer to our billing section for a breakdown of subscription prices and an explanation of the billing breakdown.
How is my budget managed?
Otis automatically adjusts spending on each channel based on ad performance. It will allocate the largest share of your budget to your highest-performing channel. It is continually monitoring the budget in the background to ensure you are maximizing your ad spend budget dollars.
How much should I be spending monthly on my campaigns?
We recommend spending $1,000 per channel per month. We suggest going no lower than $25 a day, as lower than that tends to yield no results.
What types of campaigns am I prohibited from advertising with Otis?
Otis follows the advertising standards of Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. to determine what you are able to advertise for. Click on each platform's name to view its policy. For more detailed information, click here.
Why can’t I upload my photos or videos?
Please be sure you checked the allowable parameters by hovering over the small “i” located above the box you click on to download. If you would like more detailed instructions, you will find them by clicking here.
