Full Admins, Directors, and Commissioners with permission can decide whether or not Team Staff can edit player uniform numbers, without needing to grant them full roster editing permissions. This allows the flexibility to delegate tasks like jersey number updates to team staff while maintaining overall roster integrity.
1. From the navigation, select Settings > Teams > General > Permissions tab.
Under Team Management Settings, use the Program dropdown to select GLOBAL, or choose a Program and Season.
2. If Allow Team Staff to view Team Pages is ON, a new toggle will display below the setting with the option to Allow Team Staff to Edit Uniform Numbers to ON/OFF. (Off is the default setting)
3. When Allow Team Staff to Edit Uniform Numbers is ON, Team Staff members can log in and view the Team Page and see a new option “Edit Uniform Numbers” in the mini menu. Team Staff will then see a dialog where they can manage uniform numbers for players.
Note: Allow Team Staff to view their Team Rosters (visible on Dashboard and mobile app) needs to be enabled via Registrations, so Team Staff can view their rosters and manage uniform numbers.
Note: If the “Allow Team Staff to edit their Rosters (Players & Team Staff)” permission is enabled in the Registrations Product, this new setting has no effect, whether it's set to ON or OFF. The edit Rosters permission will override this permission if it is ON.
