Adding Division Contacts to Divisions

If you need to add division contacts such as division coordinator, scorekeeper, or anyone else who should be notified when changes are made to a schedule follow these steps.

  1. Select Elements

  2. Click on the Season Structure Wizard

  3. Click on the season name to load up the divisions.

  4. Click on the division.

  5. On the right side of the page is a link called Add Division Contacts. Click this and add the person you want. You can also select an existing contact if they are already in the system.

  6. Save your changes.
