Age Group Commissioners or limited access users can see players and participants who haven't been assigned to any grouping when the grouping filter is removed.
To see unassigned players/volunteers, be sure there are no grouping filters applied to the data grid in registration management. Similarly, a filter can be applied where the Group Name "is blank". Admins can view all unassigned players/volunteers using this filter.
