Viewing Events for All Your Active Teams
From the home screen, tap View All under the My Daily Events section or tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
Use the Combined tab to see all events, or tap Games or Trainings to filter by type. Use the arrow icons to browse past or upcoming events across all your active teams.
Tap any event to view its details.
Viewing Events for a Specific Team
From the home screen, tap the team name under My Active Teams, or tap the Teams icon at the bottom and select your team from the list.
On the Team view, tap the calendar icon at the bottom. Use the Combined, Games, or Trainings tabs to filter, and the arrow icons to browse past or upcoming events for that team.
Tap any event to view its details.
How to RSVP for an Event
There are two ways to submit your RSVP:
Option 1: From the Home Screen, My Calendar, or Team Calendar
When viewing an event from the home screen, My Daily Events, or Team Calendar, select your RSVP response (Yes, Maybe, or No). You can also add an optional note to provide context, i.e., like "running late," "needs a ride," or "leaving early." Once complete, tap Save.

Option 2: From the Availability Tab on the Event
Select the event from the All Events view or Team Calendar.
Select the Availability tab, then tap RSVP next to the team member's name.
Choose your RSVP response and optionally add a note with any helpful context.
Tap Save.
As team members RSVP, a tally at the top shows the count of each RSVP status.
Viewing RSVP Notes
Coaches can view RSVP notes on the Availability tab of any event. Notes appear alongside each team member's RSVP status, giving helpful context when planning for games, practices, and events.
Editing RSVPs and Notes
Coaches can modify RSVP statuses and notes for all team members on any event, for example, if a parent calls to say their player will be late.
Parents and players can only update their own RSVP and notes up until the event start time.
For past events, only Coaches can update availability and notes.
RSVP Availability by Event Type
RSVP options differ depending on the type of event:
Basic (custom) events: RSVP is available for both parents/household admins and players. Parents can submit an RSVP for themselves and for their player.
Games, external games, and practices: RSVP is only available for team members (players and coaches).
Navigating to the Event Location
When viewing event details, tap the location address to open it in your preferred navigation app. Options like Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze will vary based on your device.
